It's the 22nd of October and I've finally began my winter training. I will begin with for this week running the same off road 6 mile loop measuring my heart rate as I go.
This week will include no speed work or hills as I just want to build a base. Exercises for my core will also begin next week.
I will also cycle 12 - 14 miles to work every day to build leg strength and include a spinning class on a Wednesday . Also vital in the weeks ahead will be my diet which will be contained from now on.
My docgy foot will also have go be iced regularly and I will work closely with Troy.
I will bump up the training every week with a 20 % rise.
