Endless postponements !

Sleep 5.5 hrs
Up - 5 am
Weight - 70.7 kg
Resting HR - 52 bpm

An early body-feel-test this morning indicates a slight pull or strain still in my foot. 
Not making the injury worse is key here but I think it's time to aggressively ice and stretch or my hopes for a good hard 4 month winter training block will be over. From today I'll build  to a base block of 100 miles a week with two days speed built in so come March, I'm flying.
Still not happening.
At this stage it's beginning to be a question of motivation. Getting worried now !!
