Extra hour in bed this morning. Happy days ! Heading for another base building 6 miles. Very windy today with showers. Great endurance building weather in exposed Strandhill.
Had one of those sweet spots this morning on my run where everything felt easy. Didn't last long though. Slightest increase in pace over a short distance has me suffering. Fitness quite low at the mo !!!
Foot felt better though. Have to remember to ice.
