It's good to look on the second half of the year as a time to refocus on personal goals. My normal working hours of 5am to 1pm require getting to bed early and this does not always happen. Got Two today after work but my three hours
sleep last night must stop. My heel is sore today - hope it's not planter fasciitis. We'll see later. Got a message from Pat Stuanton today regarding " Kerry way 120". Have until July 31st to decide. Will see how training goes.
We'll, my planter scare is just that. I went out for a mountain 10 today. I felt the usual sluggishness for the first few miles but it didn't really improve. Decided today not to run with water up to 10 miles anymore to improve my "fat burning engine". I think that was one of the reasons for "lack of energy" earlier.
Happy with effort though.
