400's

Resting HR 50 bpm

Legs feel a little tired this morning despite easy jog last night. May go even slower on easy days from now.
Headed over to the track after work today to run my track session. I thought I could manage 12 by 400 repeats with 200 metre recoveries. However, this proved beyond me and I had to settle for 8 instead. Probably should have taken 400 metre recoveries since I'm only just back doing Speedwork but hey, I managed and it's done now. From now on I'll continue to run fast just extend the recoveries and bring them in over time. 
For the last few I was wiped but consistency is key so onwards and upwards. 
IT Track - 1pm
2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down.
400m @ 1:25 by 8 with 200m recoveries - 400 recovery after every 4. 
Total Time - 54 mins
Total Distance - 7 miles approx
Stats - 2 mile cool down @ 8:17 min/mi
400's (read right to left) 1:27, 1:26, 1:25, 1:24, 1:24, 1:26, 1:25, 1:26
2 mile warm up @ 7:58 min/mi
