Steady state run !

Resting HR - 46 bpm
Weight - 70.5 kg
I've decided if I'm going to run decent times from now on in races, I simply have to run faster more often. I also believe I have to get out of my comfort zone and start 'kickin ass'. 
I hate speed work and I hate tempo runs even more but I'm going to have to start liking them. And I will - simple as that. 
Our " knocknarea loop" preparations are beginning to gather pace. We'd like to put on a decent show this year. 

Run - 8:01 pm Steady state
Route - Strandhill - Rathcarrick - scarden - home. 
Distance - 6.09 miles
Time - 42:37
Av pace - 7:00 min/mi
Stats - 8:01, 6:52, 6:39, 6:55, 6:50, 6:43, 6:52(pace)
Notes - felt hard but doable 
Route was hilly which is why there is a bit of a discrepancy in mile times. 
Was planning 8:00 warm up with 5 by 6:55's




Here's the dream ! 2015 here we come, baby !!
