Good run this morning. These guys are at a different level to me but although it was hard on the second loop, it was rewarding to know I can stay with them. Funny but you can almost compare the run to a cycle race. There's the groupetto, pellethon and if your there you're nearly waiting for a break and then the choice to either stay or go - although on a training run you wouldn't get that. I did however "go out the back" on the glen road but quickly caught back up.
Still 14.5 miles done with sligos best is a job well done.
Realise now there is a lot of work to do. Speed, speed, speed ........ !
Have a sore heal now for all my troubles. Hope it's not planter facilitus. Working in the garden all day didn't help.
