I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Rest day !
Weight - 69.8 kg
Resting HR - 55 bpm
Will rest today mainly because of my sore gums. Can't eat anything. In a bit of pain.
