Training for WW !

I have just over 5 months now. No more waiting around. Time to get stuck in. 
I woke this morning to the type of weather I'll have to get used to - cold, wet and very windy. Time to man up. Here goes. I'll write a plan shortly. Just going to base build for the first month. 
Have to be hitting 150 mile weeks by Feb/March. 

Good solid run in atrocious conditions. Used my Green silence shoes. Went in around Woodville farm loop and home.

Distance - 8.07 miles
Av pace - 7:38 min/mi
Stats - 7:50, 7:29, 7:25, 8:05, 7:31, 7:43, 7:39, 7:23, 8:20(pace).
