Consistency, consistency, consistency - will it ever happen ??

Sleep - 4 hrs
Up - 5 am
Resting HR - 52 bpm
Weight - 71.8 kg
Down - 
Cigs - ✖️✖️

I keep repeating my failures. How can I stop this ? It's very frustrating and disappointing but at the end of the day it's all up to me. 
I feel I just have to focus and concentrate on my objectives and knuckle down. I read a great quote from Emil Zapoteck and it sums it up for me.


Fantastic to see my Granny on Sunday. She is my inspiration for the way she lives her life. At 93 years of age, she's still great fun to be around and probably the kindest person I've known.
