Wet again !

One of the frustrating things about living in Ireland is that the weather is nearly impossible to predict. Left the house at 5am this morning to lovely calm still darkness. Six hours later raining and wind picking up - Bah....

I awoke this morning to normal stiffness in my heel at this stage. Did ice it last night but with little effect. 

Cycled in to work - 5.8 miles in 22 mins this morning.
Cycled from work - 6.2 miles in 30 mins this afternoon - caught in traffic.
