Resting HR - 42 bpm
Cycled in to work this morning. Issue with light. Have to fix that. Felt really fit and strong. The bike seems to up the fitness level alright.
Cycled home in the pouring rain today. Got soaked but weather was quite warm so no probs.
Went for a run at about 5pm. Foot is still sore. Will have to pay some attention to it. I also used the cadance app on my phone to improve my posture and efficiency and although tough, I felt it did work.

Route - around the mountain - glen road.
Distance - 10k / 6.2 miles
Time - 45:38
Av pace - 7:24/mi
I suppose it's a case of job done. Now it's hard winter training for next year !
