Lets move forward !

Up - 5am
Weight - 70.4 kg
Resting HR - 50 bpm

I've realised in past that being dogmatic and having determination and perserverence to see something through takes intelligence. This is something everybody has to a degree but the important thing is how we use it.
I've decided to dump "Dublin" and from October to February, get a good five month training block behind me. This will take plenty of the afore mentioned.
No biking today - time to get my finances in order.
Eating a bit more than I need to is another problem I have to address if I want to get my weight down to 65 kg.
