Resting HR - 41 bpm
I'm excited. Foot feels good. My weight is ok - just have to get it down to about 65 kg but it's a good weight to start with. My resting heart rate is 41 bpm. Can't remember it being that low. this all points to my rest and easy cycling from my injury has being very positive. going to head up the mountain today for a 10 miler, then I'll take stock again.
I want to take good care of my body from now on, Both in what I put into it and how I recover. This means paying more attention to detail.
On todays run I also want to work on my cadence. 180 footstrikes a minuite is vital for proper posture and technique. Tomorrow I want to practice my breathing. More on that in a while. Talk later......
