W1 D6 Long mountain!

Weight - 70.2
Resting HR - 45bpm


Just had Breakfast. Experimenting with a high fat fuel intake for this run. 
Think I'm meeting Downsie for 8am but you never know :)





Well, Downsie never showed. Just as well. Conditions were poor underfoot and I had a soft fall. Felt tired from the start but I'm putting that down to upping of mileage. 10 easy on the road tomorrow and that'll be that for the week. 60 miles in the bag.
