I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

W1 D5 Rest day!
Weight - 69kg
Resting HR - 62bpm
Taking the sense able approach today and not ramping the mileage too fast. Big day on the mountain tomorrow and I want to keep the mileage at 60 this week and use the 10% rule.
