I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Hilly long in preparation for the 127!
Weight - 69.6kg
Resting HR - 52bpm
My Achilles are still stiff and sore. Really have to make an effort to relieve this or I can say goodbye to all races.
