I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Sore this morning. See what today brings!

Weight - 69.8kg
Didn't run today. Big one planned for tomorrow. 16 week training program begins tomorrow for the Wicklow 127. Well, Monday actually.
