Big day on the football front on Monday night with Radamal Falcao joining United. Class act.
Had a great fartlek run on Tuesday. Found it tough but doable and pleased with time. Getting faster is going to take time but I'm looking forward.
Great weather and looking forward to out this eve.
Finding my diet quite difficult to get on track. Keep picking but I will improve. I don't look after myself properly as regards massage and icing. This also has to be looked at.
Found out Mr.T is actually Mrs.T today leaving her to "eagles flying" - her new home. Sad!
Nice easy jog this evening.
Strength training to start next week in earnest.
