I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Not feeling too good but pressing on!

Resting HR - n/t
Circuit training tonight at 6:30pm. I'll run over and complete a 10 miler. Well, that was the thought this morning. Too sore so just went for easy 10.
