Resting HR - n/t
Today I've begun an experiment. I'm going to try to eat properly and train hard. Training will comprise of a weekly long run of 20+ miles, two workouts and basic mileage of 80+ miles a week as well as daily core workouts.
New diet will be wheat, dairy and refined sugar free. This is designed to remove all toxins from my system and lose body fat. It means no dairy, bread, pasta, rice and alcohol - some foods I eat a lot of.
It's going to be tough but worth it.
Got 10 mile in this evening dispite a burning Achilles' tendon. Icing it as I sleep.
Diet for 30 days going well. Starving though!
