Resting HR - n/t
This wheat free, dairy free, no alcohol challange is tough. You can complicate it very easily but it's amazing how much of the same processed shit we actually eat.
At times, I'm not sure if I'm following it properly but it'll be fine with some tweaking. Lost over a kilo and a half already and must say that even after 3 days I think I feel more energised 😒
Felt very tired from the word go on my run tonight. Funny!
