I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Getting better but still can't run!
Weight - 70kg
Resting HR - 52bpm
I'm a bit annoyed with the timing of this injury. But, it's better to have it now than in February.
Will go to the I.T tonight and do an hour on the bike.
Cross trainer felt really good. No impact. Nervous about testing it.
