Catching up!

Weight - 70.8kg
Resting HR - 54bpm

 

I broke my phone recently amd have a couple of weeks to catch up. I'm also having problems with my Achilles' tendon so training hasnt been going that well. I basically missied a good chunk of last week but I'm trying to get a bit more regularity in this week. We'll see.







Weather is pretty shit at the moment so more indoors tonight.
