Bit of a sore back from yesterday. We'll see !
Back was ok in the end and ran a steady 8 miler with a 2 mile cool down. Had training with the kids so lactic acid is still in my legs as in go to sleep.
Got an Ultra running book today to read and hopefully devise a plan.
Felt comfortable with run. Will do this every week - Tuesday or Weds - and hope to eventually get my time down to 65 minutes. Will also add hills in eventually. This will form along with easy runs and back to back to back long runs the nucleus of my Wicklow way programme.
