I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Weight - 71.8 kg
I have to start watching what I eat while training heavy. I'm putting on rather than losing weight.
