Consistency and Determination is key !

I had a good nights sleep to kick start the weekend. I want to get properly started today. 
Dropped car off for NCTing to Marcin and then cycled in. Nice morning for it.

Intended heading straight out for a run when I got home but couldn't find phone sleeve. Left it in the end. This is a major flaw I've noticed. Easily disheartened if something goes wrong.
