Finally got my winter training up and running this nmorning. Tough going although pleased to see I haven't lost too much fitness.   

Run - up and down 10 mile loop
Away - 8:48 am
Time - 1:29:51
Av pace - 8:57 min/mi
Distance - 10.05 miles
Stats - 8:10, 8:11, 8:57, 12:40, 11:21, 7:48, 7:18, 8:02, 8:49, 8:13, 8:12(pace).

Found it tough but happy overall.
