I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Hmm.....
Sleep - 4 hrs
Up - 5:10 am
Resting HR - 52 bpm
Weight - 7/.6 kg
Really fell off the "run wagon" for November there. But, as the saying goes, "if at first you don't succeed try, try again".
Well here goes ...... Foot, although still sore is runable as they say.
