I have made a big decision today that should change things a bit for me. From now on I need a minimum six hours sleep. And I will log it....
Ankle felt a little tender today but manageable, just have to stretch and keep an eye on it. Iread an article today on joga which I'm going to give a go. If only to improve my flexabiliity, it will be worth it. Actually may be able to do it on Wii, although I will do a few classes first.
Now for the burning question, will I do Mourne or not ? I'm going to have a good think about it and I want to chat to a few people. Back later......
Yea baby, I'm gonna do it. These may be words I'll regret, but dispite my lack of optimal training, I feel if I don't do it now I never will. You have to bite the bullet sometime. Looking forward now.
No run today. Will do a double tomorrow and a long on Saturday, then taper and hope !!!
