This was Fridays effort, only blogging now for yesterday and today. Actualy met a guy from Coolaney on summit doing repeats. Will do them myself closer to Warriors run. 
Run itself felt ok, ankle niggled a bit and may be ok for Mourne - todays effort will tell a tale. 
Peter ran the Burren marathon today im 3:27 with 2 1/2 knocknareas ?!-/?!@?
