When the family went to Spain, I resorted to smoking again. Just rollies, I might add and not a lot, maybe one or two a day.
It's beginning to take hold now so stopping is imperitive. Hit home last night when Iwetta remarked on the smell which I know is disgusting. Will do today.

Didn't bring a watch but ran steady at about 7 min/miles.

Distance - 6.2 miles
Foot still quite sore. Have to ice it and sort it if I want to do the Causeway.
Made up my mind to pull out of Warriors today !
