I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Day 4 - crap weather!
Resting HR - 52bpm
Weight - 68.4kg
Time to focus now. Weight, a good program to follow, nutrition and rest and message are all things of importance now. Must remember to ice my feet/heels. They're sore and stiff in the morning.
