I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Day 3 - looking forward now!
Resting HR - 45bpm
Weight - 68.8bpm
Off today. Can get a few things organised for once.
Run today felt ok. Lost a bit of fitness over the past few inactive weeks.
