I've always found running to be relaxing and meditative. These are just my thoughts and musing on running and life and trying to come to terms with the passing of my wife, soulmate and best friend.

Resting HR - 52bpm
Weight - 68.8kg
I've noticed that after a hard session I tend to be very hungry. Must remember to get plenty of fluids in immediately straight away.
