Injured again - properly this time!

Resting HR - 51 bpm
Weight - 68.3 kg

My heel/foot is very sore. So sore, I find it hard to walk. I should, maybe, be resting. Going to have to settle on shoes. Too much transitioning from one type to the other. 
It has slightly improved since the morning started. I'm now able to put some weight on. It is an Achilles problem and only rest and ice will solve it. Really looked forward to beginning Ultra training for next year but that will have to wait for a few days. 

"A" races for next year include both Wicklows, Energia 24 hr, Kerry way and Dublin with maybe a big race early in January or February.
