W2 D4 Hills!

Resting HR - 54bpm
Weight - 69.6kg


Today I'm gping to concentrate on hils. Road hills that is. Long road hills. Glen road - 3 times at a steady pace.
I feel that it's going to be important at the 127 in June because alot of this course is on road I hear. 
Must read Eoin Keiths race report again.
 Seriously thinking of quiting sugar and fructose for health reasons. 
Have to look at my diet. Strength and conditiong/Yoga is also going to be implemented into my training plan.

Didn't get to the Glen road. Instead I used the village hills.
