Resting HR - n/t
I'll go out this evening and run 10 miles - 2 warm up and 2 cool down with six miles at on 5 mins and off 2 mins. Just to liven things up a bit.
I'll decide on Dublin by the weekend and if not just want to concentrate on building to 80 to 100 mile weeks comfortably over the winter.
Big factor is also paying attention to Diet and building a very strong core.
Running Art O'Neill in January, Wicklow in March and May. Mourne in June. Possible Western way in April. 24hr in July, Connemara in August and Kerry in September. Dublin in October. Warriors in August. Carrick in early March.
Just want to concentrate on Speed and distance for now maybe. We'll see.
