Resting HR - 54 bpm

At last, summers here. Beautiful day on the mountain. I got in a solid week last week and I'm going to follow that up with another this week. Consistancy being key. 
Ran tired today after yesterday's 17 miler.




Legs are getting stronger on the plus factor.
