Day 3 of training. All good so far. We'll see how I feel tonight.
Sian went to Delphi this morning. Hope it goes well for her. She's brave considering what she went through. I'll always be there. Good to see her gain some independance.
Had a tough talk with Mark. Alot of emotions still very close to the surface.
