Slept out !

Resting HR - 50 bpm
Weight - 70.2 kg

This morning I slept out. This doesn't happen too often but when it does it's great because it sets you up for the day in that you're not chasing you're tail. Had intended doing 22 mile today in Union. I'll have now to settle for 15 on knocknarea and then hopefully 16 Saturday and 22 on Sunday. This will give me a 77 mile week, where I want to be at this stage of training.

No training today - Funeral among other things !
