Up this morning with a hop - thought I slept in - one of the disadvantages of late to bed and up early.
Finally got some speed work in today - 16 by 200 metres with a 200 metre recovery and 400 metres every 4 repeats. Went well. Nervous at first seeing I haven't done any speed for 6 months. Ran them steady a 40 second repeats. Legs feel really strong after - good feeling.

200 metres by 16 with 200 metre recovery, 37-40-40-40, 40-39-40-40, 39-40-40-43, 41-42-43-43, read last to first. 400 metre recovery after every 4.
Legs after track felt good. Feel good.
