Resting HR - 66bpm
What a last two months! The hardest two months of my life and I pray that the worst is over for my dearest wife.
As for myself I'm not quite sure. I have had a pain in my right testicle for the last three weeks and I really don't want to worry anybody but I'm a bit on edge. Could I have cancer as well? I think I have!
This is my forth day off the cigerettes - bit late for that now but I'll do anything for my kids and Sian asked me to stop.
Here's praying that this pain goes away and I'm ok.
Going to use today as a rest day to break into it again slowly.
Weather grey but warm. Went for a nice
walk with Ciaran and the madra's today. Good change!Dion should be enjoying Disney Paris today the lucky sod. Annetta's last dsy tomorrow. An indian maybe?!
